We specialise in connecting first time users to the NET.Initial setup in your home or office is FREE.( up to 1 hour )
Our plan costs below are effective 1st of October, 2001 and include 10% GST.

Plan A is billed 4 monthly in
advance in the months of January, May and September. New customers are asked to adjust their payment to one of these periods. Allocated hours
not used in a month cannot be carried over to the next
month.
Any hours in excess of the allocated "5 hours per month" are billed at a rate of $1.10
(including 10% GST) per hour or part thereof.
Plan B is billed 2 monthly in
advance for CREDIT Card customers (Jan, Mar, May etc. or when their monthly bill exceeds $20 due to excess usage).
Cash or Cheque customers are required to pay 3 months in advance (Jan, Apr, July etc. - Excess usage is added to the next 3 month bill).
New customers are asked to adjust their payment to one of these periods.
Allocated hours

Plans C, & D are billed monthly in advance at the beginning of each calender month. Allocated hours not used in a month cannot be carried over to the next month.

Plans E, F, & G are billed in advance at the beginning of each contract term.
Initial Jump Internet set up and configuration of your system for Internet Access is FREE at your premises ( Up to 1 hour ). If you wish to configure your system yourself we can provide you with the relevant information.
You may at any time swap and change between any of our plans. We just require notification via email prior to the beginning of the month you wish to change. Changes will then take effect as of the first day of the new calender month.
Payments for all accounts are by credit card. Or three months in advance by cheque or cash.
