So who is Jump Internet?

Jamie Byrnes:

University trained with over 8 years of technical support experience, dealing with both first time users and the more technically confident. Jamie has also spent 5 of those years developing and conducting customer education to people of all technical backgrounds, from absolute novices to experienced developers.

Geoff Byrnes:

A late bloomer to the IT industry, Geoff spent most of his career working in the Hotel and Club industry, but found a calling to computers and technology doing several TAFE courses, first in electronics, then in computer and network support. Geoff can identify with those who might feel a little intimidated or nervous about getting involved with computers and the Internet.
